Temporary and Permanent Crops 2006
It presents information on the planted area, harvested area, quantity produced, average yield and value of production of the products of the permanent and temporary crops, by Major Regions and Federative Units. It also brings a thorough analysis of the performance of the most relevant productive and commercial crops, highlighting, among other aspects, the spatial distribution of the main agricultural products in the territory, their relative participation in the total value of the regional and national production, harvest obtained in the main producing municipalities, as well as factors of major influence in the results and the productivity of these crops. It also includes the definition of the characteristics investigated in the survey.
The CD-ROM enclosed in the publication has, besides the information presented in the printed volume, the tabular plan of the survey by Federative Units, geographic mesoregions and microregions and municipalities, a summary table which has all the information of the crops, ordered by decreasing value of the harvested area, and a time series with data of the harvested area and quantity produced in the period 2000 to 2006.
