The 1995-1996 Census of Agriculture had as reference the period from 08.01.1995 to 12.31.1996 and the dates 12.31.1995 and 07.31.1996.

Results are made available to Internet users at the time of publication by IBGE.

These results are also available in a printed volume containing data relative to characteristics for Brazil, Federative Units, municipalities, presented as tables, graphs and cartograms, and on IBGE database - SIDRA, in the topics Agriculture,Livestock,Horticulture,Extractive Agriculture and Forestry. Also, in the table retrieval system, the results are available on CD-ROM.
